Returns and Exchanges

All damage claims, discrepancies, Returns and Exchanges, late delivery claims, or issues of any kind must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy in the gift ordered and what was received Conrad Farms will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction if and when this issue is reported within 3 business days. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of CFGT and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by e-mail.

Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted via the phone.

  1. If the gift is simply not wanted, or the customer is not satisfied for any other reason other than a CFGT error you may ship it back to us at your own expense as long as it shipped back within 3 days of being delivered. A partial refund on the merchandise amount only will be offered. Original shipping is not refunded. The refund is based on the gifts perishability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened, untampered with, and shipped back within 3 days of being received.

If the gift is damaged in any way which includes but is not limited to heat damage, or we have made an error in sending the incorrect gift: We will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full once the original gift has been retrieved. However, if we cannot call tag the original gift no refund or credit will be offered. Retrieving the original gift is the only way we have of verifying the recipient's claim or placing a claim with UPS if necessary. If you do not post this on your site and include it within your claim policy that is your choice. However, CFGT has expressly made clear our policy to you our client and there will be no exceptions. In the event a recipient claims items or pieces are missing, damaged, stale, melted, or similar claims CFGT will need the following information from the original box to begin to process the claim in addition to the six-digit Conrad Farms order number. All CFGT gifts have batch codes on them and are checked by two-line personnel. We will need all three lines of information off of the 1 x 2 5/8 white label off of the side/ bottom of the original shipping box, not the UPS label. We can not assist you in your claim without all of this information. If your customer disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue a refund or discount. All claims must be issued in writing by fax or e-mail. All gifts returned through no fault of CFGT, will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to Conrad Farms Gourmet Treats, and any address correction fees associated with the Returns and Exchanges. Returned food gifts are not reusable and all food items must be thrown out due to possible heat and temperature damages. Re-shipments of returned gifts are handled as new orders and all fees associated with a new order will apply. Fruit baskets, Cookie Bouquets, and all Specialty cookies & Fortune cookies do not receive refunds of any kind when they are returned due to a bad address or the recipient refusing the item. These items must be thrown away and can not be utilized. Gifts delivered late or not according to the time in transit map may receive a partial shipping refund based on the circumstances. There will be no discount or refund on the gift itself when delivered late and a gift may not be returned due to late delivery.

Fees & Surcharges for Returns and Exchanges

Ordering through the CFGT website is our means in which to ensure order receipt and time. We also accept orders through email but there is an additional 1.25 fee for each order received and not placed through the order system as these orders must be manually processed and take additional time on our part. (This fee does not apply to larger orders, custom orders, or corporate orders sent over in our bulk order form, which can be requested by email at michael@conradfarms.net.) Returns and Exchanges There will be an $18.50 address correction fee for all ground orders and $24.50 address correction fee for air orders to correct a bad address, incorrect zip codes, and non-deliverable address information supplied. (This fee will be charged to the card on file) We will notify you by email when UPS or Fed Ex notifies us that there is an issue with the address supplied. This may take 3-7 business days depending on the destination. It is at all times the sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser to provide complete and accurate address and delivery information. CFGT will not be held responsible for non delivered items due to bad address information being supplied.

If a package is returned to us by UPS due to a bad address, Returns and Exchanges non-deliverable address, or recipient refusal there is a charge of $15.00 for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee in addition to the address correction fee.
