Specialty Items Restrictions & Shipping
Specialty Apples, Cookies & Strawberries are not available with ground shipping. These items ship from our Orchard and CA warehouse and not South Carolina. Specialty Apples may not ship over the weekend. Orders for Chocolate Apples, Caramel Apples or Strawberries placed with a shipping method which will place them at UPS over a weekend will be held for shipping on Monday. Strawberries are only available with Next Day air shipping at a special rate of $44.99. Strawberries may not be shipped over the weekend.
Shipping Policy
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday only. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping on Saturday and Sunday or by 2:00 PM EST on Monday ship on Monday. Orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping Monday through Friday prior to 2:00 PM EST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day. Ground orders including individual Gourmet Treats canned goods placed before the 2 PM cut off ship within 1-2 business days and are not guaranteed to ship that same day. When a Ground order is placed after the 2 PM cut off the first processing day becomes the next business day. Ground orders placed after the 2 PM cut off will ship within the next two business days. As an example a ground order placed at 7:20 PM on Tuesday night will ship on Wednesday or Thursday. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.
Holiday Shipping December 1, 2020 through January 24th, 2021 Ground orders placed before the 2 PM eST cut off Monday through Friday ship within 2-4 business days and are not guaranteed to ship the same day. As an example an order placed over the weekend or Monday prior to 1 pm will ship by Thursday.
Holiday Ground Deadline Ground orders placed before 2 PM EST on 12/15/2020 are guaranteed to ship prior to Christmas. (Please take into consideration the 2-4 day lead time on ground orders during the month of December.) Ground orders placed after 2 PM EST on 12/15/2020 are not guaranteed to ship prior to the holiday closing.
We will continue to ship any and all orders we possibly can up through Monday evening 12/21/2020. However we can not guarantee an order will ship prior to Christmas when it is placed after the above deadlines.
Holiday Air Shipping Deadline The deadline for guaranteed shipping of an air order prior to Christmas is 12/21/2020 at 11 AM EST All air orders placed after 11 AM EST on 12/21/2020 may not ship until Friday 12/27/2020.Saturday Delivery Saturday delivery is available only by shipping next day air on Friday and requesting Saturday delivery n the shipping comments. Standard air options deliver Monday thru Friday only. Saturday delivery is the cost of Next Day air service plus an additional $24.50 and again is by special request only. We do not offer 2nd day air Saturday delivery service except under special promotions and offers. Transit times do not include the day a gift ships, Holidays, Saturday or Sunday. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and or shipped the next business day
If you would like to use your own shipping account number to ship your orders (i.e.: Trucking company, UPS and or Fed Ex account) there is a $3.95 per package surcharge to cover the box, shipping materials and labor to ship your gift. This fee is usually added into our shipping rate and is not covered by the cost of the gift itself. If you choose to use your own shipping account you agree to pay and cover any and all fees charged by the carrier in regards to that shipment, including but not limited to address corrections, fuel surcharges, return shipping and any billing fees the shipper charges to our account inadvertently. In the event a late delivery occurs due to an error on CFGT’s part the actual shipper charges are refunded. We do not refund retail shipping charges. A copy of the actual bill with shipping charges clearly shown is required for a shipping refund.
Alaska and Hawaii – Please add $15.50 to the standard ground prices for ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.(Excluding Fruit, and Cookies)
Please add $24.50 to the Next Day air prices for expedited shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. (Excluding Fruit and Cookies)
All APO, FPO, PO Boxes and Canadian shipments ship via the USPS. Fruit and Cookies are not available for shipping to PO boxes, FPO, APO, or Canadian shipments.
Standard shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday. Saturday Delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Please add $24.50 to the next day air price for Saturday Delivery.
Late Delivery & Service Guarantee Refunds: In the event a carrier delivers a gift late a shipping refund may be approved but, is not always guaranteed. Carriers do not offer refunds of any kind on late deliveries involving a bad address, missing apartment number, incorrect zip codes or any other information supplied which is not accurate. In addition carriers do not offer refunds involving but not limited to the following: Acts of God, weather conditions, Emergency conditions beyond their control, mechanical delays of aircrafts or other equipment failures and several additional issues. Bulk Shipping Rates
If you have multiple Conrad Farms Gift Basket items going to one address the following discounts apply to ground shipping rates only. Please send an email to request discounts on your expedited bulk shipments and include the gift SKU, quantity, and the destination zip code.
- 3-5 gifts to one address receive a 5% shipping discount
- 6-10 gifts to one address receive a 10% shipping discount
- 11-15 gifts to one address receive a 15% shipping discount
- 16-20 gifts to one address receive a 20% shipping discount
- 21-25 gifts to one address receive a 20% shipping discount
If your total order going to one address reaches a minimum weight of 200 pounds or more, larger shipping discounts will apply based on the destination zip code.

You need to include the destination zip code, the SKU and the quantity of each gift. Please only send requests for orders totaling more than 200 pounds.
All orders weighing less than 200 pounds will have the above discounts applied to them.
